Stay clear of this store. Lies, lies, lies...after start transmission service and draining oil, they say "can't honor any warranty claim in the future if something happens." Also asked for a printed /invoice receipt and they said their printer was down and had been for quite some time. I seem to recall they said that 7 months prior when I got my trucks oil changed and asked for a printed receipt.

Great service ! Went in for oil change and tires rotation. They found a brake light was out and fixed at a fair cost. Also they recommended a fuel additive to help clean the engine injectors at a good price. One stop accomplished several tasks , thanks.

I got my headlight changed and now I'm missing the part to that cover the wires and I called and drove back to the facility just to be told that it was never there which is was because I watched Treyvon take it off I just didn't see where he put the piece at

The techs at Dunkirk Valvoline were complete professionals on this Veterans Day visit. They had the appropriate oil and air filters, removed and replaced the skid plate, reset the oil gauge, and replaced the windshield wipers. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the service in under 30 minutes while I stayed inside the vehicle. I could never ask nor expect anything more. Very happy and satisfied!

I bought my own oil and oil filter. One the workers told me they can use a customers own purchased oil, but not the oil filter; and said the policy has been in effect for over a year. It was said that the cant guarantee the service with a customers own purchased oil filter.

Service was ok. I was a little disappointed that they did not have the regular grade oil that my Buick requires. I was told that they only had the Full Synthetic oil- which costs much much more. Even with a coupon it cost me $97. A bit much I thought!

A little bit expensive. Even though I had a $15 discount coupon, it was still more expensive than the shop I usually go to. Also, they cannot rotate the tires, which is something I always do when I get a oil change service. The advantage was that I got it done in approx 20 minutes

I asked if they checked the tire pressure because the light was on for it and our front left tire has a slow leak. They said they couldnt remember if any of them were low but they did check it. He checked it real quick and said it was "good". Lies. Disappointed that they wouldnt take 3 minutes to put air in the tire. Good thing I have a mini air compressor in the car.

Actually didn't need an oil change just yet on my new/used vehicle, but the ladies Jasmine and Rachel at the Valvoline in Dunkirk was great! They topped off my fluids and leveled my tire pressure. Always get great, fast customer service at this location.

This was the first time I used the instant oil change place. I really enjoyed my visit. I got to sit in my truck the whole time and it took less than 20 min. All in all a great experience. I went with synthetic so I'm not sure of the price of a regular oil change but full synthetic was about $118
