Oil leak from the drain plug, Also oil is black, filter is the same. They either put used oil in, or just didn't do the job. Also tried to call to talk to them about the issue. On hold for 35 minutes. I'm just going to do it myself for now on.

Tech did not understand how to use a torque wrench. I asked that they torque the lugs to spec, he proceeds to zap them on with the air wrench then use the torque wrench after. Got home and fixed it myself, lugs where 20lbs over torqued.

Service was not great . Took 40 mins for oil change only.Honda dealers are much cheaper and then other products are much less expensive.
