The staff is friendly, kind, and professional. They kept me up to date on what they were doing to my vehicle. They gave me suggestions to what my vehicle needed, and if I could not afford it at that time, then I was told not to wait too long to get it repaired, but if I have any problems to come back and they will fix it.

The wait time was very long. I waited 50 minutes before getting to be seen. I was also blocked with a car in front and one in the back so I couldn't leave.

Worst experience ever. Went in and got a transmission flush. They had to take the car halfway apart to change the transmission fluid. And now 2 days later i have to get another transmission never again

I originally went there for them to check my anti-freeze levels. While there they also checked by oil, windshield wiper fluid and filled it, put air in my tires and advised me that I needed a new battery. I returned approx. 1 1/2 later to get the battery needed. There professionalism was great! they appeared to know what they were doing. I liked the service!

Customer service not the best; waited a hr to be seen. Fluids not topped off went in with low wiper fluid and left with low wiper fluid. Just has me thinking if it even got checked. I won't be visiting this location again. Price was slightly higher than the last location I visited.

Usually very friendly. Know what you need and what you don't need when you go in - like any oil change place they offer you services like extra filter changes, gas additives, etc. But they have great discounts that make it almost not worth it to do oil changes yourself!

Old team is gone now and this new team is terrible! I have always taken my car there for an oil change and their wonderful customer service. The girl (assistant manager) has a bad attitude and zero customer service skills. I miss the old crew and I will no longer be returning there for a $78.00 oil change! :(
