My mother and I love this team at the GVR Valvoline for our oil changes. They are friendly and do the job you request. This is my 2nd time there and I think my mother has been there 3 times. I will keep going back as long as they keep doing a great job.

They pulled someone else in before me they never checked my lights but i heard them tell other drivers to flash their lights and blinkers they didn't take my coupon and took forever compared to some of the other vehicles

It was OK but they stripped one of the screws for my skid plate. They had to use a zip tie to connect it. In order to not strip the screws they need to screw them in first with their hand and not force them in with a power driver. They obviously did not do that. This crew was different from the last time I was there and they were not as good. They are either not trained as well or they don't care about doing things right.
