I'll be honest and say that most of the time I would have to go to the dealership because not everyone carries my oil. But I called just to see and was told they had it to my surprise. The gentleman that stands at the computer and tries to sell you services insulted me & when putting back together my glove box after checking the filter, broke a piece off of it so now my glove box slams open when you open it. I have had decent service there in the past but this time was not one of them.

I did not have a good experience. They that was doing the intake frustrated me with my AARP discount. As I left the location my truck stalled out on me. I had to go find out if something happened during the oil change. I have an appointment to have my truck serviced to see what the issue is.

technician was very informative, friendly, knowledgeable performed fluid ,electrical ,engine components . plus was explained other services that they offer to keep your vehicle performing properly . They made me cry, leave, call customer service. I only went back because there was no where else I could go and they were rude to me when I came back. I am getting the recommended service done, a transmission oil change and a radiator flush, BUT NOT THERE. I will NEVER go back. I would choose 0 stars but It would not let me choose less than two stars.

1 star is too much! I just went to change my own oil for the 133,000 oil change. The bozos at Valvoline torqued the oil drain plug on so tight I can not remove it, probably have now stripped it so that a mechanic will have to remove somehow. This was the last straw! Will never return! Would not recommend to anyone. Either learn to do it yourself or take to a real professional!

service was ok but groupon a ripoff..they use substandard oil and it's $20 to upgrade to get correct oil..I can get change with correct oil for $18 other places. They also try to sell you everything under the sun, flushes, serpentine belts, you name it..all over $60-$80. I'll run this oil for a month or so (only paid $1.45 tax for the change) and go get correct oil from better place
