I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The care and the concerned shown me were very professional and personable. Every step of the way, I was told what was about to be done and asked my permission to proceed forward with the type of oil, changing the air filter, and putting air the tires.

I went right at opening and they were still somewhat getting setup which is fine it takes a while to setup so no worries.
Only issue I had was weary of the persons working there. Either stoned or extremely exhausted. The oil was fine but forgot to check anything else on the list. Leaning toward just early amd not being fully awake. Overall fine

Guys there are always friendly and helpful. I did have to ask them to check the air in the tires, and the monitors that help the customer see what's going on under my car are never operational. I think that is a selling feature for Valvoline, but they aren't on, so I honestly took my other car for an oil change at the dealer last time.

I truly love this Valvoline location. They do great work, are quick and everyone I have interacted with there have always been great. I truly despise getting routine maintenance done at a dealership. They cost more, they take forever, and they are always trying to pitch you additional services. This is a much better experience in every way.

I have been taking our vehicles to this location for years for oil changes and inspections, and they are wonderful. The work is always done quickly and correctly. The staff has always been fantastic and courteous. On this trip, they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes, were very polite and had me on my way before I knew it. Absolutely love this place!!

This was my first time at this location. Employees were friendly and service was quick but too quick for my taste. To review my receipt and there were items listed that I don't think were preformed. I also was not able to watch the techs works as I do at other locations. My indicator in the car was not reset as the receipt states. Do not prefer this location.

Shop and personnel seemed to be disorganized. They could not print out receipts or reminder stickers. The techs were friendly but did not do the safety check prior to guiding me out of the bay and did not mention any needed recommendations. I will continue to use this location as they are normally on point.

The only reason I took away 1 star is because I was in line for over 1 hour, but I always choose this location because even though it seems like theres always different workers, they are always kind, courteous and professional. Shout out to thx young men working hard and especially Eric because even though he was super duper busy he took the time to explain something to me and different rush me when I asked him questions.

The lady working there was dancing, totally unacceptable in the working environment. Very disappointed that they couldn't remove my cabin filter, even after I pulled it up on my phone. Also, they weren't aware of how to reset my oil life monitor, I used my phone to pull a video and it took 2 men to get it done.
