Consistently poor service. They don't fully drain the old oil the new oil always looks dark right after the change. I've done oil changes myself for years and never seen this. Staff blamed my 100k engine for being "dirty inside" not acceptable. Took 45 minutes for one car, not even close to "instant." I waited nearly 2 hours. They also input odometer readings inaccurately just ask and make something up. Won't be coming back.

The wait time was super long and it was almost $100 which is the most paid. Customer service was nice, but they almost didn't have me check my lights. Until I made them. They also forgot to reset my oil light. Overall, though everybody was really nice.

Those people need more training how to deal with deaf customers. They're basically don't know what to do, or not even bother to ask more question. All I ask is oil change. They do it. There no more standard what customers would expected like - asked me to test lights, offer air filter (don't worry, I know how) and so on. I guess its bad time due to COVID-19.
