I went to the first location nearest me and only one employee is working so she couldn't do the work by herself. I had to go to a different location. The weight was at least two hours long. Very expensive. They didn't reset my oil life so I had to manually do that. The gentleman who worked on my car were very kind and they did a fine job. It's just the overall experience was not good. I don't plan on coming back

They were unable to remove the lug nuts on the driver side, front tire. I took it to the next mechanic and he was able to remove them no problem. If you're going to list a service then please have someone else try. Two heads are better than one. And I had to clean the bathrooms. They were disgusting.

The quality of service and lack of people not following through with their job description put in wrong service information had to return so they could put in correct information second time there and last first time they didn't correctly tighten up filter had to go back and have it redone so I'm done with this location

Immediately after service, started having electrical issues with the starter/battery leading to having to replace the whole battery. Within two weeks of this service, my engine shut down completely, oil mixed with coolant, and we were told that we would have to either rebuild or replace the engine, costing nearly $15k.

They were very nice and courteous, however forgot to put on the wiper blades that I purchased. I have gone back several times, but they are always busy. I gave up this morning after a half hour wait in line and no movement. I would prefer not to wait that long for a 3 minute service. I get it, I'm always forgetting things, just frustrating.

Always excellent and efficient customer service. No attempt at upselling. If issues found, they notify me, give me the option of fixing it then & there (if possible), or tell me where to find a part cheaper to do it myself. Will always go here for basic services.

Employees Were very professional and friendly and they did a great job in my car there wasnt much wait even though there were other cars but not a long wait the person assessing my car told me step by step what my car needed and everything that was being done to my car.

Good Experience.....Techs' were very courteous, and professional. Cabin air filter was changed....1st time seeing and having it changed......Other locations did not check this filter in prior visits. Would return to this location for other work to be done as needed.

Had a headlight replaced. I always pull over and check under the hood. So far after 9 oil changes, I've lost a screw to the air filter housing, coolant reservoir cap was not put on, and the cap to access the headlight was not screwed on. That's 3 out of 9 mistakes. As long as I check behind them, the $19.99 coupon is worth while.

Though all of the technicians were working hard, there was an unusual delay in getting in for a simple oil change. I waited in line for about 45 minutes. I'm not sure what all caused the delay, though the car in one bay was getting a lot of service done, which accounted for some of the delay. The technician gave me a fairly significant discount on my bill in consideration of the unusual wait time.
