It took a very long time and initially told me that they wouldn't be able to do the oil change with the full synthetic oil I have been requesting for my vehicle for the past few years. But they were very professional and quick once my car was being worked on.

Other than being out of the preferred oil 10/30 Full Synthetic the service was fine. Didn't have to wait too long. This location does use the evacuation method but will drain if you ask them to. I'm an old school retired mechanic and prefer to have it drained rather than evacuated.

The technician are courteous and professional. The wait was a little longer than expected. The last two times I had my trucks oil changed at Valvoline I had to clean oil off the garage floor for several days. I'm not sure what going because the oil is evacuated not drained out. I think $120 dollars for an oil change is high.it is synthetic oil but it's still high.
Overall, they do a good job.

Quick and professional. I will caution though, that if you use a Groupon, that they are a third party, and have no control of you being able to use the Groupon. So if you can't access it, you'll either have to pay full price, or leave and come back, when you can access the Groupon for them to scan.

Good service. Was NOT aware that NOW, they charge for "topping off" your radiator. So, FYI. And, it's not cheap. I was charged $12.00 for what I was told were "2 quarts" of coolant. But overall, good service. But might go elsewhere for FULL service? Unless this is now the standard? And if that's the case, I'd go back.

I was very impressed with a Valvoline crew. Not only did I go in for a synthetic oil change, but I also needed a tire rotation and a coolant flush. It took about 20 minutes.
