Everyone was nice. They rotated my tires and I asked that they air them to 35 psi. They just put however much air they wanted to. 33, 37, 38, and 35. Like what?? Even right now they sit at 33, 36, 36, and 37. I have never had this happen. For this reason I won't be going back.

I got in within 10 minutes and the technicians started changing the oil. What I didn't like was that I had to ask them to check the tire pressure and fill the washer fluid. I've been go to valvoline for years and never had toast for them to check the car.

Worst service ever!
The mechanic not only broke the oil filter off in my car. The store manager took ownership of the damage that the mechanics did. Ive been incovience for the last two days and now they are forcing me to get a rental car on my own dime while they attempt to try to fix my car. This is the moset grievance practice I've ever encountered. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

It was very pleasant and the young man waiting on me was super nice. The only thing, they put some fuel injector in my gas tank. They put the cap on but left the door to the gas tank open. Other than that, so far so good.

The last time I was down to the Volkswagen Dealership I asked them to change the wipers... Apparently they did NOT. My Son was the one who took my car to this location and got the wipers replaced. The only one not changed was the rear wiper. Thanks Valvoline!!!

Paid 65$ with a 15$ off coupon and they did the oil and that's it. It was a new shop I went to and was nothing like my normal Valvoline experiences. They didn't test my lights, my tire pressure.. just asked if I wanted the extra cost services. I will not go back to this location again.

The tech stated that I had a oil leak. And took pictures with my phone. So when I took my truck to my mechanic. I do not have a oil leak at all. I can not believe you all train your workers to tell lies to the customer to make money. I am so unhappy with you all.
