Some of the techs were a little unprofessional explaining what's wrong with the car. When being told certain things are wrong, it can be overwhelming and confusing when jokes are being made regarding the service and results that come back from inspection. Makes me think something is not actually wrong and he's trying to get another sale.

After my oil change was completed and I arrived at home, I noticed black hand prints on the outside of my engine splash shield! The workers should be instructed to wash/wipe their hands clean before touching a car they have just worked on. Now my car needs a trip to the car wash!!!

The shop broke my coolant lid, causing my car to gush fluid. ~$100 later, Firestone was able to root cause the issue and get me home safe and sound. Had Valvoline let me know what happened, I would have likely understood and been able to fix that same day rather than going days without understanding the issue.
In the future I'm either going to Firestone or an Audi service location.

Tires not properly rotated per ASE. Too much horse play between Cory mgr and service mgr of the day. And when I questioned the mgr about my service, first he said he didn't work on my car, that he was at the bank. Then he changed his story and said he changed the oil only. I was there about an hour. I have went to this Valvoline store for serveral years but now I will be looking for a new one.

Service was excellent the three service personnel that helped me very professional very quick and very thoughtful. They did suggest other repairs on my car I took took them also so very good salesman. They took 50 minutes after I was in the garage to change my oil and stated they were having issues with getting the skid plate off. They told me they could refund my money, but I paid with Groupon, so they couldn't. Then they said they could rip it off. Finally got it done.

The initial service member was specifically asked to not touch the tires and adjust pressure. This message was not given to someone in training. Our vehicle had service related to the tires by a tire company. Because of this the pressure set for the specs o the tire were no longer correct and my husband had to take the vehicle back to the tire service center.
Other than that the service was great

We have been loyal, long-time customers here and have typically had great experiences, but this time was pretty terrible. Our receipt said they reset the service light and checked the tire pressure, but neither was done. More important, they broke the oil pan with no offer to fix it - just told us we have to take it to another shop, which is going to run us $500-1,000!

The staff told me factory recommendation for our Palisade was European synthetic oil and the oil change would cost $156. Even the dealer has not recommended this oil snd their oil change cost is $59. The young man said he would provide discount but only to $79. Employees were nice and polite.

I love taking my car to Valvoline. They are quick and friendly. I would rather take my car there than any dealership in the area. Nick the manager at the Beechmont location is great. Helped me solve a rough idle with a simple $70 treatment in my turbo optima. I told the KIA dealership about the rough idle and their response was thats just how these engines run.
