I didn't like the fact that they didn't Mobil one oil for my car and had the nerve to put valvoline oil in my car and it clearly states on the inside of my hood that Mercedes recommends Mobil one oil I won't be coming back ever again that oil can mess my engine up in my car

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We only sell Valvoline branded products at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. We're sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. That said, we change oil in Mercedes vehicles all the time. Our oil is 100% up to manufacturer specifications.

They did not replace oil plug properly and now have oil leak and leaving oil slick in garage. While rating them on Google review saw previous customer had same issue and they stripped her oil plug. She also had same issue with underbody shield I had last year. I went back for oil change to give another chance. But will be going somewhere else to get oil leak fixed and never going back to Valvoline.

My windshield wiper fell off while I was driving in the rain. I immediately thought of going to Valoline since it was close by. They had my wiper blades in stock and replaced them for me. Very fast and friendly service.

They did not put air in my tires and I am not sure the fuel injection service was done. They did not reset my oil life/oil change reminder so I had to figure out how to do it myself.

Very poor service.
Nobody seemed to be aware what I was in for or cared about me. I had 4 different technicians ask me about what service I was in to get all while I was actually having my oil changed or waiting for them to close the hood and leave as I had paid for the service.
I will definitely not go back to this location ever again.

Unfortunately, I have to comment about the oil and grease marks the employees left on three sides of my vehicle. The front grill, hood, both front quarter panels and driver door has a ton of smudge marks from oil and them touching my vehicle. It looks like it was done intentional.

An hour after my tire rotation, all of the sensors in my tires stopped working correctly and when time was spent going back to get issue taken care of, was told they don't fix that problem and I need to go elsewhere. Also would not give me a way to contact the person above the manager in the office. Will not return
