They refused a coupon I had. When at the time I had a $26 dollar coupon for jiffy lube I could have used right down the street. That ends my patronage with you.

It was okay. First I seen the kid trying to take the filter out but I think he didn't had the right size. Then they didn't keep it clean after there work was done. Kinda fast service also

They were able to take my car in on such short notice to install a battery. I had a trying time in that it was just discovered that a Chevy Traverse has its battery in the 2nd row seats' flooring!!! Another location would only sell me a battery but would only install if it was under the hood! Luckily, Valvoline was able to assist and did it as speedily as they could despite my batter being stuck in its position.

The service was fair , they were very courteous and respectful. The only problem was I asked them to wipe the bottom of the oil pan to prevent dripping on my garage floor and they said they would. Well the next day when I pulled out of my garage their was an oil stain on the floor.I wll not be returning
