The tech that changed my oil did not secure the oil filter cover. While traveling over a hundred mile from home the 2 of the six screws that secure the cover allowed air to completely tear off the cover causing it to make a loud flapping sound. Had to get that repair in another state at a less than safe truck stop. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

They do a quick oil change that seems to be complete in that they check all the fluids. Not as complete as a dealer oil change where they rotate the tires and wash it as part of the oil change. I was in a rush this time.

They were quick and efficient. Good customer service. Only negative I can say is wish they would have topped off other fluids as their service invoice states they did. They did a great job with oil change and giving customer service. Will be using them again.

Horrible wasted by time not having any information on my vehicle. Also asked that I go and get my own oil filter because they did not have one for my after attempting to work on my car for over 20mins. I left without the oil change and did not return. I rate them no stars.
