The employees were professional and friendly. The pricing was reasonable however on the website I researched transmission oil change but the coupons associated with this request was for an oil change. Which could not be used.
Did not like sitting in my vehicle while the service was performed.

Work / service done well and done quickly. Techs were friendly and communicated well. Techs made me aware of some additional items to address but didn't pressure me into having them performed there or that day. (Were these not things I can do myself I would have trusted them to do the additional services.)

Excellent customer service. Technician explained all services she and her team were providing and also any recommendations being made according to my service record and Honda recommendations. She also volunteered to install a set of wipers I had purchased but had not had the chance to install, free of charge.

They removed my inside cabin door filter and didn't replace it. They told me two weeks ago it would be ordered and replace in a week . As of today 7/24/25 no one has called me about it. Other than them not replacing my cover, everything else was fine. Friendly people.

Overall, not too bad. Disappointed they would no longer rotate my aftermarket tires. Also, they never have the fluid available to service my transfer case and this time they could even service my front or rear differentials. I go to Valvoline for the convenience, but it's not so convenient anymore.

This Valvoline is friendly, fast and efficient. They do an excellent job. They don't push upselling work, but suggest and look at all relative mechanics of the car. They have a diverse crew--men and women, young and more seasoned.

As much oil on the fenders, hood and front bumper as there is in the engine. They were able to gift some scratches that so far, I am unable to compound out by hand and they used a wrench to install the new filter next change might be a challenge.
