I liked the quick service.
What I didn't like was they overfilled my truck with about 2+ quarts of extra oil. I was wondering why it was smoking so bad the next day. I checked oil level. It was at least 2+ quarts high on the dipstick.

I thought we were going to like the price until the tech said the oil change was going to be $137?!? Then they added a cabin filter, and now it's $167. Our wait time was longer than if we had just walked in to our regular service and 2 X the price. After a coupon and negotiation, price came back at $99.Hmmm!

Found car leaking oil when I parked vehicle after oil change. I called the business and the service tech came to my house to check out the cause of the leak. He determined the O ring(gasket) around the oil filter they had replaced was damanged. He put a new filter with new O ring(gasket) on and filled the engine back up to normal oil level. I was pleased with their rapid response to fix the issue.

It was an excellent experience. The technician, Darnell (Hwy 58 location) ,that communicated with me made sure I was aware of certain things about my car and answered any questions I had. He even gave advice and pointed me to a place to help with an issue I had that they don't work on at Vavoline.

Took 45 minutes for me to get service with 1 car in front of me . The guy that was checking oil / fluids was arguing with the guy under the car about calling out the wrong directions. Guy under car asked if driver was out for tire rotation he said yes i was not i had to open my door to let him know i was still in the car. Center pieces came off when i pulled off. Never got a receipt/ mileage sticker for car.

Valvoline overfilled oil at oil change. The level was about an inch over the normal fill line on the dip stick.They said it would burn off over time. It did not and after a while I noticed a burning smell from the exhaust. I Took It back. They drained oil down to normal fill level. Then later I noticed the dip stick showed a dark mark where it was originally overfilled. If the dip stick was discolored then what did it do to the engine?
