I had a terrible experience. The first time I had my oil changed there, the employee stripped the cover to my oil filter. After 6 trips back to get it off, they got it off and broke my fuel line. My car had to be towed to dealership and dealing with the Valvoline company has been a nightmare. I would never recommend this business to anyone

Not my best experience at Valvoline. I take pride in the way my car looks. Nick kept putting the canister for the injector cleaner on the painted part of the front of my car. One of the text took the clamp that holds the air filter box to the air intake tube completely apart, and he couldn't get it back together. I may go there for oil changes again, but nothing more.

The staff were very attentive to every detail and made me aware of all my options. I never had to exit my car and proceeded out of there in no time. They even showed me the dipstick after they were finished to ensure that I saw the that the oil in the engine crankcase was new.
