The service was excellent! Very nice & attentive! Everything was broken down in a way that I could understand what was needed. I had my oil changed, a transmission flush and a filter in the glove compartment that I never knew existed. I've had my oil changed at that location before but the experience was nothing like this one. The staff really did an excellent job!

We were very pleased with the service we had, and with the lady named Terri, in service dept. at Hyundai, Denville, NJ.
Terri got us in and out quickly, and she was so nice to us.
Been in Customer Service all my life, eventually managing, so I know a
good one when I see one! She represents speed, efficiency with kindness, in her position.

This was the first time I've had any kind of issue. They didn't check my brake lights, tire pressure, or any of the usual things they normally take care of. That said, as always, everyone was extremely nice and professional.

Thanks for sharing! We're certainly sorry for any miscommunication during your visit. Valvoline's position is to remind our customers to return within 3k miles or 3 months, whichever comes first. Our stickers automatically default to 3k/3 months. As long as you get the oil recommended by your manufacturer, you can follow the guidelines for the mileage the manufacturer recommends returning at.

The technicians were very friendly. But when I pulled up, there was once car in the bay, and one in front of me. (On both sides) It took 1.5 hours to get my oil changed and get out of there. That is waaay longer than any lunch break. I was late getting back to work. I'll be looking for a different location.

I pulled in to have an oil check because the "check engine light" came on. It took nearly 40 minutes to get my fluids checked and the light turned off. The 2-person team that was working seemed to have an inefficient work method. They were very nice and polite, but my impression was that they were not both able to do all the tasks associated with oil changes.

Great experience here. There was a problem with one bay and the service took a while, but all members of the crew were upbeat and communicated well with the waiting customers. Crew stayed late on a Sunday to finish all the cars that were in line. Very impressed.

it was a disaster. Wrong gasket on oil filter and spraying oil all over engine. Second trip to have the mess cleaned up when I looked under the hood. At that point in time the mgr arranged for a certificate for free oil change mailed to me. Third trip, new mgr very accommodating and gave very close attention to a proper oil change and of course it was gratis. Makes it difficult for me to recommend Valvoline.
