Took twice the time and watched 2 cars after me go through. I had to ask what's going on. They had overfilled by a quart, and had to remove the overfill. They said I wasn't charged for the extra quart, but hard to tell because the bill is not itemized. 3* because the service was friendly.

My experience was excellent! I always leave knowing that my vehicle has been taken care of, with all my needs met and they are good at advising you if there's anything they notice is in need that they can't do. Also they are quick & efficient....like a well-oiled-machine, TEAM WORK! And I love the way they communicate with one another as they yell-out-loud to each other, after they completed checking what they needed to.

I love this location! They are very thorough and provide great customer service! Be mindful if you go in the afternoon, may have longer wait time, and only one dock for tire rotation. Go in the morning and you will have no issues being taken right away.

Fast, professional and detailed staff.
I got my air filter changed and staff pulled the air flow off the engine causing to check engine light and few other lights to come on, had to take my car to the dealership to get diagnosed. Staff should be more careful.

The service was good however it took over an hour and half for me to get it done. Not sure what was going on, but it wasn't the 15 minute change I was hoping for. The staff was great in spite of the long wait.

Needed to ask to have fluids shown to me and had to put my own sticker on windshield. Needed to tell them my gauge in showing oil life was still showing 40%life.

No oil & no filter. sent me on a wild goose chase for both items and then they would do the change. Unfortunately no auto supply store nearby had the oil, found filter at 3rd store, but no oil. I brought the store's recommended oil back to Valvoline but they said it was wrong. My biggest gripe about Valvoline is they wouldn't even order the items for me to comeback and have them service my vehicle.

Fast excellent service. Because the oil filter is hard to come by I come with oil filter in hand. The technicians double checked to see if I had purchased the correct filters. When service was complete it was as if the vehicle was not even touched. Left it clean and oil free.

While the technicians were very nice and friendly, not one of the three could figure out where and how to change the cabin filter. I was told to come back when the manager was there. Apparently, he is off on Thursdays. No biggie, but I cant rate 5 stars.
