The service team is great. They let you know where they are in servicing your vehicle. They tell you what additional you need but do not pressure you into getting the additional service. Will definitely go back. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it took longer than expected.

Shortly after leaving their location, my car's engine started smoking and my steering wheel became extremely difficult to turn and I was forced to pull over on the side of a freeway. After seeing a mechanic, I don't believe this was a result of anything Valvoline did, however I do believe the technician seriously overlooked a problem that resulted in an extremely stressful moment on a heavily trafficked freeway.

Luis was very helpful in explaining my service and walking me through options I could get on at the moment or in the future. I felt confident and relieved that I had gone to Valvoline and will be going here in the future. He also helped me re-set my BMW settings to make sure the engine oil/oil change light setting was no longer present.

I was disappointed that they didn't have my air filter in stock, but they replaced the other filter and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also short wait to get in to the bay.
