Workers were complaining to each other about not wanting to work there. Didn't like worker slapping my brand new wiper against my windshield. It was unnecessary! Dropped my oil cap to the floor. Luckily my undercover floor is torn up so they popped it out by pulling and slapping the cover.

Yes , they are change the oil and filter but:
My battery was replaced a few months ago, but I was told it needs replacing again. Also, they didn't use a torque wrench to tighten the oil filter. They over-tightened it, and the vehicle shook. They also broke a retainer and lost two others when they removed a plastic cover.

They have a very poor and unprofessional service. They don't check your tire pressure unless they are told to do so. They also broke my tire cup when they try to do tire rotation.

Attentive. Made good suggestion for upping Tire pressure for winter driving. Tested battery and discovered near end of charge, installed new one and they backed up my data so I didn't lose settings.

I had a coupon slightly outdated and was originally told "no problem" followed up with "oops, sorry, I can't" then they couldn't figure out how to change my brake bulb and the technician was grumpy and not happy to be at work saying unkind things about customers and being at work. It wasn't a great experience at all.

Went to 2 different locations both had great people! Wanted an oil change and a new battery. The first location didn't have the battery so while they did the oil change the service technician called other locations and found one. Went to the second location and got the battery.
