I went during a rainy day and only had to wait 5 minutes. But they never told me to turn my vehicle off and then freaked out once they realized it. They were unable to Check my car battery because they said it wasn't working with my hybrid. They also couldn't check my tire air pressure because they said my valve caos were in too tight and didn't want to break the valve stem.

The female (African American)was nice and thorough. The manager was terrible she told other employees to NOT help the female who was waiting on me. Didn't check tire pressure I asked they said yes checked. Paper said NO Didn't notice until I left and tires were low. They need a new manager she was unprofessional and discriminated against the female employee.

Next morning huge oil leak under van , I'll have to take it to a professional for them to check it out. 1 Mile home lost a 1/4 quart of oil. no leaks prior as I always park in my driveway.

The guys at this shop don't pressure you for unnecessary services or anything else. I was going to get an air filter but they didn't have one and he instantly told me when they would arrive and to call first or go buy one and they could help with install. I've been to other shops and it's totally different but even with the long wait I had this day it was worth it.

I've been using Valvoline instant oil for about 40 years now. I have nothing bad to say about Valvoline instant oil change. Otherwise would I have kept going back for 40 years? They've always done me right I would recommend them to anybody.

The service was quick and thorough, however the person working below failed to fasten the cover plate on the splash guard below and it dragged on the highway ruining portions which made it difficult to refasten.

They offered a cabin air filter and couldn't get the old one out. They offered to change the air filter and didn't have one. They told me they couldn't find the replacement oil filter, thank God they checked again and found one. It doesn't give me much confidence about future visits.

Several cars were in both lanes when I got there but in and out in 30 min. Will checked me in and was very friendly. We had a nice conversation while the guys did the oil change. I just moved back to the area and will be going back for all future oil changes.

I've always had great service at this Valvoline and I've been coming here since I got my first car (13 years). They don't push too hard on services, they're realistic and only recommend things they personally use on their vehicles, and the price is typically cheaper than expected because they will help you find coupons.

I did it out of convenience and boy did I pay for it. The regular oil for 4.5 quarts was $80 dollars. I played myself and got robbed. I will go back to my regular shop to get better service for less. I guess they need to charge the high price to pay for the 28 guys that were standing around acting like they were helping change my oil.

Was an oil change, noticed the tire pressure wasn't checked during service. Then on the receipt it said 35lbs was in front and back, which wasn't correct. I've noticed in the last few visits they either skip that check or have left with tire pressure variances up to 5lbs per tire.

This was timely service. They took a competitor's coupon. The place wasn't busy at the time so the rest of the people (M & F) all jumped in and helped out. No one was sitting around watch their co-workers do all the work which meant I got out of there quicker. Great Place.
Oh by the way the guy that was doing all the paperwork, DID NOT try to upsell me one thing at all. Greater Place.
