It is great to have a garage near by in Willard that I can go to and get my oil changed without going into Springfield. I always have a good experience going to Valvoline Express Care. The gentleman was helpful in different ways. 1 I told him I needed an oil change an then he told me that I need the transmission oil changed also. The gentleman show me the transmission oil. I was there maybe 30 minutes. The gentleman was very helpful an didn't hide anything.

Awesome fast service! Their pit man John is fast and good at what he does. It didn't take 5 minutes for the vehicle to be drained of oil and the filter changed. And the manager Jeff is great! He really cares about the customer! I will bringing my vehicle here from now on!
