Grease on my passenger side car seat. Loud noise when I turn on my heat that was not present before I went in for service. They changed the filter. Have to go back for resolution. They cleared the grease from my seat. If they resolve the sound issue in my heating system, I will be ok about recommending them.

I was told it'd take 25-30 minutes to get my care done. 15 minutes later I was driving away. Nice job ... and nice and fast! Also, thank you for not upselling me things I don't need, like differential oil. That alone will bring me back, and also is the reason I recommend Southwick Valvoline to everyone I know.

Always fast and friendly. I've been to this independent Valvoline a half dozen times over the past several years - even though I don't even live nearby.
In the moment, it felt a bit expensive, but I think my 46-year-old brain is stuck on "an oil change should cost $19.99 because that how much it was 30 years ago."

I always double check everything since I know your technicians are rushed or obviously don't care about attention to Detail... Went around and checked the valve caps 1 was quite loose and the max air pressure on driver's side door frame says 33... The air pressure was pumped up to 40 lbs each tire... Unacceptable*

Went to Vavoline with no appointment and had my list of what I wanted done to my car. They pulled car right in and rotated my tires and changed my oil and toped off all liquids that needed to be toped off and ready to go in less than a half hour.Excellent service and reasonably priced

The manager even replaced a missing tire valve cap.
Their attention to detail is impressive.

Turn-around on oil change was very quick. I had also requested a tire rotation, but that wasn't done. (The bay my car was directed too was not set up to do that.). Since I had a bunch of other errands to run that day, I didn't push the issue. I'd give 5 starts if they had done the rotation or simply said that they wouldn't be able to do that (for whatever reason).
