I found out how to put my cabin filter in and my filter where the engine is near myself, so I found a savings, especially with inflation being so high. Also, how coworkers can be a little bit more kinder it hurts to see how we can work together, but not get along, praying for the new young man that started working at the job. He did a great job on my car salute.

After having the oil changed in my car, the mechanic test drove the car. Why? I have no idea, because when I have my oil changed at other locations, the mechanics never test drove my car. Also, the do not place floor mats in your car; therefore, the mechanic had oil spots on my floor mat since he test drove my car. They don't even clean the oil spots left on my floor mat. I'm giving them a 1 star rating.

My previous experience was much better. Crew this time appeared to just want to go home.
The price was much higher than the previous Valvoline service and was higher than the Subaru dealer service which included tire rotation.
I will most likely go to the Subaru dealership for future service.

Fast service but someone left a screw off underneath the car and now it drags the ground when I pull off the road on my mail route. As long as I'm driving straight it's fine, it's only when I pull off the road to deliver to a mailbox that it scrapes the ground. The metal I'm sure could get hot enough to start a spark underneath. Don't know if I'll be back.
