I have bought cars before this is not my first time. I was asked what Valmark wanted and personal information about my co signer. They wanted me to sign a form in order to find out what my payment would be. I have never had to do that before. I was getting 11.000 for my car and they wanted additionsl 2500. My experience was not a good one.

My tire monitor had stopped reading the left rear tire. Dou to part of the staff being absent on the first attempt I was moved to the next week. When I got there the next week they took it into the shop and worked on it as soon as got in. I waited about an hour to an 11/2. It has worked fine since the repair. They did all 4 tires. A good repair.

I was in for an oil change and two dead two year old batteries. Mostly satisfied with their work and the speed of service. I forgot to ask but was never told if the batteries had any life left in them. They also forgot to reset the oil filter timer.

One star but of course it would not allow. Not pleased at all. I had to wait over 4 hours for a recall that was supposed to be quick and easy. And yet I have to take My Tahoe back because they didnt have a part that I needed. Extremely frustrating! The guy I Dealt with was not apologetic at all. Seemed frustrated that I didnt get any of the extra work they were trying to get me to do.

Service Tech did not check working status of repair of liftgate when delivered to customer. The cap for one of the arms was left inside the vehicle. When customer checked on opening and closing the liftgate, arm fell downward and hatch had to be manually closed. No excuse for not checking repair work.

Robert Aguilar did a great job in handling my vehicle. He stood out as being the most courteous person by far. The tech (Tristan) had made mention of checking tire pressures but I can say they were not set correctly. They were also suppose to be rotated but were not.

This was the first time I have ever had an issue. I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change and for them to rotate and balance my tires. The advisor seemed too preoccupied with other people and I was not kept up to speed on what was going on with my truck until about an hour and a half after they already had it being serviced.

They applied to software update. The Multi-point inspection listed all tires as having 35 PSI which lead me to check after my wife brought the vehicle home and one tire had 33 PSI and the other three only had 32 PSI which causes me to doubt any of the items listed.

Had appointment but still took almost 2 hours to change oil, fuel filter and rotate tires. I can go to Gunn Service with no appointment and be in and out in less time and it's a lot closer to where I live. The sales team keeps me coming back but the service team is driving me away.

Well, what I liked about the dealership is they were friendly and courteous, and showed me a truck that I love and we made a deal and the next morning they sold it to somebody else after I called him and told him the deal was financed through my bank, they sold it out from underneath me so as far as I'm concerned they are liars and cheaters. They're not a good company to work with or deal with, and I would never ever recommend them to anybody on the planet earth.
