We had a couple of broken wheel lug nut studs from a tire shop over tightening the nuts. They replaced them and checked all the other studs for damage, The only charged me a few dollars for the replacement studs. They always look out for me and our car.

Liked the fast service I had this time. I brought the car in for a 72K mile service, and it was finished at stated time. However, I noticed it did not have the fuel filter replaced when I got home as called for in the Subaru-Normal-Maintenance-Schedule.

I've always had such good service here, however, this past time there was a young girl who checked me out and when I asked where my car was, she told me, "in one of the two middle rows, or on the back wall". I checked all those locations my car wasn't there. Walked around and found it in a totally different spot. She just wasn't that friendly or helpful in my opinion.

Friendly, respectful, and responsive staff. Got the job done within my time frame while I waited. Applied a discount when I asked for any coupons they might have. Excellent work, my car is running great. Note that they now charge 2% fee for using a credit card.

I needed a new break light, I was able to just bring in the car with no appointment and it was still very fast. It was also cheaper than I expected and they cleaned my car to boot. I will say, whoever drove my car to the parking lot must have been a LOT shorter than me, and I almost broke my knees getting back into my car. Other than that, perfect.

Expensive, shuttle seems like a joke or maybe just really inconvenient. We are charged premium rates for service and parts at the dealership, and you insist on passing the credit card surcharge from the bank on to your customers. That is just petty and lame, so screw you guys.

As usual....I take LOTS of reading material so the time flies faster....BUT they did more to my car than I expected....didn't need a tire rotation so they didn't give me one to just add onto my bill....not enough miles on the car...but the all point inspection/walk around is a surprise.

Excellent service. Not only did they perform the routine service, they also checked for updates and discovered a crack in my axel. I had been thinking I needed new shock absorbers because the ride was rough. The checked the car thoroughly, repaired it, and my car now drives like new.

I was able to get a fast appointment for the next day to service and look at a potential front brake problem for that car that Subaru had extended warranties on. The service scheduler was good and they took care of both issues within 2 hours. They gave me a ride home as well! Really could not have asked for a better interaction.

I backed into an icy snowbank & pulled the battery connector off my trailer hitch, leaving it dangling under the car. I pulled into Valley Subaru at 4pm on a Friday afternoon to see if I needed to make an appointment for the next week. I was so surprised when they just took my car into the shop & repaired it in less than 15"and NO CHARGE! Their service is just outstanding.

Valley Subaru's team of mechanics has always been the absolute best I have ever worked with. Always honest and going above and beyond. Can't beat their prices either, I bought new headlight bulbs once planning to replace mine since one had died, but took the car in for an oil change first. The price they charged me for replacing the headlight was LESS than if I had done it myself!

Went for a second opinion after being told I needed work that was very suspicious. And a different dealership went over everything and 75% was BS. Including a $3600 "repair" that isn't not even needed. The tech was trying to pull a fast one, and prolly didn't think I would go to another dealer to check his work. Sad. Since I bought it here and had serviced here since I bought new.

Despite a mix up on the cars the manager was very on top of things and took car of the problem. I also requested a tire rotation and they indicated the tires were looking good and a rotation was not necessary. I appreciate them not doing unnecessary work and charging me. I'll be going back.

Even though the service area was very busy and I didn't have an appointment, the manager took the time to remount my backup mirror which was hanging there. I had tried to adjust the mirror, which had always been difficult to adjust, when it all came down. He found a problem and took my car into the shop to fix it while I waited inside. What Great service!

Honestly, great pricing for a dealership service. They are always able to get us in pretty soon and they don't push to upsell on added services. They make sure we understand everything done or needed . They're always honest about what can wait and don't push when we opt to wait for things. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful about what the car needed. He informed me that the car was also due for tire rotation and that they could do that while changing the oil. He also informed about the filters and to watch for the wear on the rear brakes.

It took a little longer than usual for an oil change where I had an appointment, but it seemed to be busier in the waiting room than usual, so it could have just been a busy day. The work was done well, my car was washed and sparkling clean when I got it back, and everyone at the service desk was attentive, respectful, and friendly. Nobody tried to sell me repairs I didn't need, as many other dealers do. Thank you, Valley Subaru!
