The inspection was fine; the paperwork "explaining" the monies involved was convoluted and undecipherable. In calling Jo Jo (as she was leaving for the day), the breakdown of the inspection cost and the cost of the oil change equaled my total cost; but the material and labor itemizations were Greek.

I went to the express service with no appointment and it worked out great. Courtesy staff and short wait time. Great customer service! I recently went to another dealer for an inspection with an appointment and was there for over 2 hours. I will definitely be back for my vehicle maintenance.

I had to negotiate buying a car online and over the phone from Hawaii. Kelly from Valley Honda was great and was a joy to work with. I've always dreaded dealing with the car sales industry but buying cars in PA was actually fun. I purchased one from Moon Township Honda and one from Valley Honda. PA Honda dealers are definitely different. Is it the people? PA people are definitely a friendlier bunch.

Dropped off car, got exactly what I requested. Picked it up as soon it was done. Fairly priced for my transmission fluid drain and fill at the dealership which I would never take it any place else for that. Convenient location, and wasn't busy. Complimentary car wash which was greatly appreciated.

They are the official Honda Dealer in Monroeville, PA. As the dealer, while they are more expensive than third-party shops, they do know Hondas in and out, so if you need peace of mind for getting Hondas serviced on critical parts, not a bad idea to go the official Honda dealer.
