Yes the car was washed. My car is still running hot when the ac unit is on. The temperature gauge escalating pass the half mark. Fan is on louder. They dont have enough mechanics. I cant speak to a service manager, their phones rings and rings so I have to hang up and keep calling. Too bad this is the nearest dealership.

The process was dragging. I was out of a car for two weeks. No common courtesy was offered. Things that was said to be done went from a hour til a few days , to a couple of weeks. Also the part that they saud they replaced (finder liner) still had screws missing.

Terrible service and experience will never bring my car there again. I went in for a standard maintenance with absolutely no indicator lights on. On my way home after paying $1000 for just simple air filter and fluid changes, the check engine light comes on for the first time ever since Ive purchased it. I do not recommend them or their service for your vehicle(s).

William in the service department is awesome!!!! The service was quick and the waiting area is really nice. There is even a nice little Cafe within walking distance to grab a bite to eat. Of course we also enjoyed window shopping for our next dream car...THE BRAND NEW STINGER!!!

Service was great but again as always the " complimentary car wash" was non existent. I have complained about this before several times but nothing has changed. I understand that this not a "car wash" as we would define a car wash. However, when the car is dry within 3 minutes and the tires are not even showing signs of being wet, that's a problem. The windshield was as dirty as ever - if water had even been used on the windshield it would have shown- not still have dust on it. Complimentary car wash seems to be non- existent at this Kia facility. If the business is not going to deliver then don't offer or advertise this service, because not the first time
