I got a good car, but got shorted on the trade in value. I did not take the time to review the offer. The used car salesman was nice, but they out to make money. It is always "buyer beware". Take the time, ask questions. Walk away if it is not what you want.

Had an appointment but they were short of people so I've waited for sometime for the service advisor to come. She was very helpful and friendly tho. I was a waiting customer and it only took a little more than an hour for the work to be done. Over all I was satisfied with the service.

Service was fast but they called me to get the car and I wasn't the person with the car! I gave them my husbands name because he was in the lobby! He was never notified that the car was finished, after a while I called to see if he was on his way home and I had to tell him the car was ready! They forgot to turn off the maintenance light! So I need to go back to have them reset it!

Had a great experience at Valley Hi Honda. I was on my way into town, and my transmission light came on. Turns out my pilot had a recall on the torque converter. Valley Hi took care of the repair, and had it finished before I had to leave town. Service sept was great!

Service guy that came up to me wasn't welcoming at all , very serious attitude. Also when I got text that my car was ready, he wasn't there to check me out. The 2 people that were there didn't acknowledge me until I mentioned something they let me just stand there. Didn't go over what was done and what's recommended just charged me and sent me on my way. First and last time here.

I couldnt even make it 10 miles, I had to get gas. Then it overheats, the oil life is at 21%. They almost didn't want to fix it, but I believe fixed it for free cuz they sold me a broken car with the exact problem I thought was wrong with the car I traded in which wasn't broken. &when I brought it in to be fixed, they drove my vehicle 60 miles and again LEFT IT ON COMPLETE empty AGAIN 60 miles is BIT excessive to "test drive".

Customer service was bad called to get a quote on my battery and was quoted a whole.different amount after coming in. Service guy tried to upsale to do a service on my battery than said can you leave it offered a rental car for 40 a day when clearly my battery was dead. Than I was told I couldn't use coupons that was mailed to me because I wasn't getting a service done overall worst experience that day. Don't plan on coming back

The team forgot me in the waiting area. When I finally approached the desk to inquire about my car I was actively ignored. When I finally got my vehicle I had to go back to get my keys that they "forgot" and when I got home I verified they did not complete the full service. I will not return to that dealership.

Meh, they were crazy backed up when I arrived. Advisor never called to tell me my car was ready or any extra services needed. And since it does need extra service I now have to go back and have that done instead of just having them do it while it was there. I seem to frequently not have the best service most times I go. I would stop if I didn't have the service plan

I took my car in without an appointment. Jose bias was the attendant and got my car in right away. He was able to have the car looked at . The engine light had come on. He kept me updated on what the problem was and it was fixed. Jose was very attentive and courteous. I will ask for him again when I need to take my car in for any repairs/reason.

Everybody was kind and courteous. Great service. I went in for an oil change and they washed my car too. The only thing I can say I didn't like was the coffee. I usually like waiting for my car with a good cup of coffee. I was slightly disappointed but hopefully they clean their machine or whatever is needed for a better flavor.
Still, the service was great!

It was great, but they need a better system for checking in cars. I was in line for 20 minutes. The porters moved all the checked in cars from the lane next to me, and people drove right straight in and were the service advisors checked them all in ahead of all of us in line in my lane who had been waiting for almost a half hour.

I went here after work on a Friday at 5 pm and they were able to get me in for an oil change. It took them about 45 minutes and I was able to just relax in their lounge area and use their WiFi while I did school work. They had very professional service and I'm glad I have no issues when taking my vehicle there.

Horrible service at Honda in Victorville. You pay for work they do not complete. Wrong parts put on my vehicle as well as they damaged a rotor on my car. Management is incompetent as they even allow there employees to be incompetent and blame customers for there mishaps. Total scam up here
