Valley is the absolute best dealer I have ever received service from. They treat customers with respect and don't attempt to rip them off like the one in Defiance did to me. They even spent about 3 hours fixing a part that accidentally was broken during repair and did not charge me for that time or the part. They have always gone above& beyond!

Went very smooth. No pressure to buy; we knew want we wanted. The only thing one should know is an electronic title is transferred to the dealership from the title office. One does not need to go to the title office to have this done. Also there is a fee to transfer plates from one vehicle to another.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from them and 100% of my service has been through the dealership. After spending thousands of dollars, the business office now demands payment before I can take the car off the lot even though they are fixing my other Jeep on Friday. I wanted to pay for both services at the same time. Not a great way to foster customer loyalty. I do recommend the service department, but the business office has lost that small town trust.
