I had an appointment. When I arrived, I was told it would be 2-3 hours (why wasn't I told this beforehand?). An hour into my wait I was told there wasn't a bay available and my car would be ready by the end of the day. I was told to get a ride home, not offered a ride. I had to also get a ride back to pick up my car.

I was shown the Terrain Denali and it had visible damage. It was their only one they had in that particular model. I was shown some other vehicles but with no real urgency. The sales person did not show very much enthusiasm or offered to look any where else for that particular model.

I always bring my own oil(AMS); this time the service personnel didnt like it, and I felt the were trying to sell me on an alignment that I did not need to make up for the over priced oil they couldnt sell me. To add insult to injury they put the wrong mileage on the window sticker so I would return sooner than I need to. There is a lot of personnel changeover. I never see the same people. Not happy with Vaden.

Always top notch service. Very thorough in keeping me updated as to my needs and explained very well what was recommended. Delay of an hour and a half was a bit long for having scheduled a set apt time. Of course realizing this could have been due to shortage of staff for that day.

I was able to make an appointment within a few days for a warranty issue. They serviced my truck the same day as my appointment, and I had it back the same night. I drove many miles out if my way after my nearby dealer let me down several times, keeping the truck for days without even looking at it despite having an appointment. Kudos to Vaden.

It was awful. They did not fix the problem. Told us it was a sensor and two days later the engine light came back on and it says service stabilatrak and my husband is getting emails stating service emission again. Now we have to take it back to them because they did not fix it right the first time. I want to only give them one star but it wont allow me to do just one

Great service (and understanding). Took car in for svc, and to correct an ongoing electrical problem. After spending over a day on elect. problem, they found the problem was something I had added, not a problem with the car; they still didnt charge me for my stupidity. I guess they figured my embarrassment was enough punishment. Great service and people.
