My 2022 Sonata had a recall for a problem with gas tank, an appt was made and, after a 40 minute wait was told that the parts were not on hand to make the repair...they apologized and promsed that the part(s) would be available the next day...another appt made and repairs were made as promised... as they say "stuff happens" but the recall was 7 weeks ago and parts should have been on hand to accomplish the task!

From start to finish, she and the entire team were so friendly and helpful! They kept me updated throughout the process, everything was completed quickly and efficiently, and I was in and out within an hour. It was an easy, stress free experience and I truly appreciate how well I was taken care of!

Marty, service advisor has been there since it was Vaden Nissan and its always nice going and still seeing a friendly face. The mechanics do a great job. Restroom is always so clean and other areas such as waiting area and even outside areas. Prices are competitive, but it's never been a problem since my Altima and now the Rogue Sport. I trust no other company or dealerships to service my car.

Would not look at my seat belt and washer fluid reservoir possibly not being hooked up to my wipers without charging $185. Did not even rotate and balance my tires because they couldn't find my wheel lock key. They were the last ones to use it in April of 2023 when my tires were rotated then. Cost me right at $100 to have oil changed.

Very slow. Arrived for 8:30 for 9:00 second key fob recall. I was there until 10:30. The first recall took only about 10 minutes. Doesn't seem like it matters if you have an appointment or not, there's always a long wait. They should at least offer shuttle service instead of making customers waste their time

Poor communication and did not respond or provide timely updates with regard to the status of service. Unable to isolate and troubleshoot an issue with vehicle yet still charged $120 with no explanation other than that the technician cleaned the wiring. Again, that failed to resolve the issue.
