Service personnel are required to service warranty items, no lip. You will get lip in this shop. Also, they have no fail safe agreements with rental car companies to cover loaners when they have none available. Warranty service is never the customers fault. They will try to make you think that corporate VW may not cover you. Poor business practices. Be aware!

Completed the recall, washed my car and I was back on the road. 3 stars because one of the drivers or technicians ripped the cord out of my dash cam and made the usb-c port above the rear view mirror loose.i guess they didn't want my car to record something in the shop.

Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I waited for my car and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I have one negative comment. My car was washed but it wasn't a very good job. Front windows were streaked, the mats were not lifted to vacuum the rugs, and that was disappointing. However, overall, Open Road does a great job.

Fine, but the tech could not fix the sunken seat buckle in the rear right seat. Said it is the way it is. This makes it impossible for a passenger to buckle in without help. I was shown why the seatbelts in the rear locks. Now I know not to pull them all the way out until I hear a click.

I leased the car new from this dealer. This is the 3rd trip back to the dealer with the same issues, when I picked the car up tis time I was told everything was fixed (there were 6 issues). Only one - replacing the missing battery cover - was completed. They do not appear interested in hearing what the issues are and just run diagnostics vs. actually trouble shoot.

Online scheduling of NYS inspection was smooth and easy, handover of car at 8 am was efficient and professional, inspection completed same day, got email notification by 3 pm to pay online and to specify when to pick up car. Picked up car as notified, it was ready and the wait was short. Everything ran smoothly, paid only $37 as per NYS rules.

Car serviced for 70,000-mile maintenance $585.00 + tax (note the car has less than 24,000 miles). The very next day the low tire pressure light goes on. Less than 3 weeks later while at a local supermarket, my car won't start... The battery was absolutely dead. Tire pressure and battery life are routine maintenance issues that the dealership was negligent in checking.

Expensive, but good service. I like knowing that my car was serviced by the dealership, even if the local gas station mechanic might have done it less expensively. I figure that the dealership has people that work on this brand and model all day long. That has to count for something.
