Tony worked with me to add a dye to my oil to detect where a new oil leak is coming from. He also recommended other incidental items (wiper blades) that needed to be replaced.
Only dislike is that it took over 1.5 hours for my oil & filter change ... too long!

Thorough and polite. We got the run around at a previous place and they did a full assessment and provided us with the findings. They submitted a claim for my tire warranty and was easy and simple on my end. Will gladly be doing business with them in the future. The manager was adamant about us coming in when he was going to be there because he wanted to help us.

I was very pleased with oil change and their free maintenance check, they show me a nice picture of how out of alignment the tires were, and some repairs they suggest. When asked they will explain each repair and prices, that I will take to heart. As I remind folks, VIP sells a Black Friday coupon booklet, it is a must buy if you can find it

The appointment went well, but when I got home, the tire weights fell out of my tires. The tires were clearly dirty and they hadn't cleaned them. Had to return the next day and have them done properly, which was done the second time, but I am lucky to have found the weights and realized there was an issue before I damaged my car further.
