The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. They did a thorough job, explained everything clearly, and their prices were very reasonable. Had my "Brake Pads Worn" warning light come on but I had my brakes done last month so knew it was not the case. Checked around the rear wheel and saw the sensor had come off the brake pad. Stopped by VIP on Wednesday and they said they could have a new sensor and install it on Friday. Friday, I went in and had the sensor replaced and the warning light is off. Outstanding service as always which is why I go back for my car repairs.

My local VIP has been excellent. I arrived a bit early for my appointment and they actually were able to get me in earlier than scheduled. Work was completed fairly quickly. I am always treated very well when I have visited my local VIP. I have three vehicles and get most of the servicing done there. Great folks and friendly atmosphere.

I have never had a bad experience. VIP has always been transparent about pricing and what needs to be done with my vehicle. Fair pricing with warrantied work! So you can never go wrong. I will and have always gone to VIP since my first vehicle and always will. Highly recommend!

I arrived early for my appointment and my car was taken in early as well. Had a state inspection done and was advised my front tires were excessively worn on the inside edge. I was able to get new tires ordered and an appointment set up to have my tires replaced. Staff and Service Manager were professional and made the visit enjoyable. I have always been treated well when I visit.

Fraudulent repair on donut gasket for front pipe to catalytic converter. The new gasket leaked and instead of properly replacing the failed gasket they repositioned and retorqued. Probably warped flange if future repair is needed!

Got right in at my appointment time and car was ready in short amount of time. I had a screw stuck in my tire and the tire was fixed. While going over the vehicle they determined the alignment was out, so they were able to accommodate me and do the alignment right then. Excellent service!

Great service advisor and Mark Murphy is an excellent auto tech. He explained everything so I could understand and put any issues I was having with the vehicle in order of importance and safety. My experience was real positive. I had a tire that kept deflating . I called VI p to see if I could get an appointment. I was given an immediate response and within 30 minutes I was at the shop and my car was being worked on . . They found a nail in the tire and patched it . They changed my oil and did a 12 point inspection. The help was professional and friendly. .while I waited I enjoyed the sitting / service area which had bottled water and coffee . The price was excellent.
