Im happy to feel the difference in my brakes, thank you for diagnosing the problem since last October to now. The jeeps knew brakes that were installed in october now drives better, thank you for putting in the knew diagnosis and the knew braking hardware.

After this service inluding installation of two front tires I noticed vibration of the car. I went to other tire service and asked to check installed tire balance.
The tires installed at VIP were not balanced at all. I had to spend $ 25 to balance tires correctly.

As usual the appointment was met with a flurry of activity. The two new tires were ready and waiting to be put on. All went as planned and we were out of there in no time at all. The veterans discount was applied which is helpful since we are elderly and on a fixed income. The trust and admiration I have for these workers has never waivered and the next changing to snow tires will be with them.

The salespeople were very helpful and informative. They didn't try to tell me my car needed thousands of dollars of work. They offered me a ride to work the next time I drop off my car for service. They weren't pushy, just gave me the facts and let me think about it and decide what I was going to do.

Timeliness was great.
Waiting area was fairly clean.
Cost - all oil change places are expensive in my opinion, but at least I get military discount. Pay for the convenience.
Was surprised at no attempt at any unnecessary upsell, which I've experienced in the past.
