I was treated with respect and , although I arrived without an appointment, they took the time out of their busy schedule to install a new battery after testing my old one which had 2 dead cells. The technician cleared all codes and I was on my way almost as fast as a nascar pitstop.You just cannot beat that kind of professional and courteous service. I had an alignment done in January and now my tires are junk with 16k miles. Their response was "not a VIP problem". They messed up and now I have to pay for it. Never going back..

The experience was good but I was charged two hours of labor--240 dollars--for one hour of labor by one technician. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this dishonest billing. I was on the premises waiting for my vehicle so I know for a fact that one technician worked just one hour on the car.

I made an appointment at VIP scheduled for Wednesday October 18th at 11AM. When I arrived on the 18th, I was told my appointment was for October 19th at 11AM!! When I showed on the 19th, they refused to mount and balance my 6 year old snow tires saying the beads were bad on 2 of them, Hmm, makes you wonder where customer service went!!.

I had a 4 wheel alignment done. I knew they were out. Love the computer print out of before and after, they got everything right on the head.l can feel the difference. Very happy, everyone was very nice and professional. Will definitely recommend VIP.

Moved our scheduled time of 9:00 to 2:30. We drove 50 minutes to get there and had to hang around all day! We were also scheduled to change the oil and they didn't have the time to do it. Told us to re- schedule that for another day! With gas prices so high we now are expected to come back? Not cool at all....

The worst! Tried to take advantage as Im a woman. Said I needed breaks.? I took to my mechanic my breaks were over 50 percent. I did not need breaks. My Porsche dealer in Falmouth maine gave me my inspection sticker. I also still payed for inspection at vip tried to rip me off!
