More expensive than dealership, said 2023 Cadillac was really getting up there in mileage (36k) and the tires need to be replaced. My truck was there at the same time and failed inspection because they believe my brake pads are worn unevenly. Frustrating and waste of time and money.

VIP Ellsworth always takes care of my car issues quickly and at a reasonable price. I worked in a large service department of a dealership for about 20 years,and appreciate the way they show me what they find, and repair the problem. Zac and Ryan have been very helpful. Techs have been solid!!!!

After three visits for the same issue, wrong part order then not having the correct tool to install the part then having to get another part to make everything work and an average of 5hrs waiting those three times everything seems to be working correctly so far.

My service appointment went well. Thank you. I was disappointed I was not allowed not speak directly to Dan, who has looked after my vehicles for 11 years, when the desk person told me I needed rear struts. I did not feel comfortable with the info the desk person told me about the condition of the struts.
