Tech clearly didn't know how to fix or know what was wrong with my vehicle and told me to bring it to the dealership for what turned out to be a minor issue yet still charged me $165 diagnostic like it's a quarter.... FOR DOING NOTHING!!!!!

Excellent service at location. Professionals that correspond with me well to help me understand the problem, and fixed it. Warranty mostly covered service since I bought all tires here. This was after a bad experience that didnt resolve issue at a different VIP.

I've never been disappointed with the service I get at VIP in Bedford, NH. Needed a variety of routine services this time, and as always, they were professional, very fairly priced, and were able to complete it all without me having to wait any longer than I'd expected when I'd arrived. Highly recommend them.

An annual, routine visit, but very good nonetheless - just an oil change and the NH inspection sticker. As always, they were professional and worked quickly, not making me wait long at all. I'm an Army veteran, and their military discount for the inspection sticker cannot be beat. They make it easy for me to choose them to go back to at the Bedford, NH store whenever I need service on my vehicles.

Honest, fast, decent prices and very helpful. While I was waiting they helped someone with a riding mower tire and didn't charge anything. If there is an issue with your vehicle during a state inspection they will take you out to the garage and show you the problem.

VIP did a heater repair a week ago. Unfortunately, there was a problem, so on my next trip to Bedford, NH, (I live three hours away) I spoke with the technician who did the work. He was great. Exceptionally honest and told me I needed an actual Ford thermostat. For some reason, in his experience, and he couldn't tell me why, some Ford F-150s only work with the Ford product. He ordered the part on a Friday. Called me on Monday at 820 am. By 915 am he had my truck and completed the repair. Truck heater is working excellent and VIP did not charge me for the work! I am so thankful and grateful for their service and honesty. Thank you again !

My truck heater went out 30 minutes into a three-hour trip. I stopped at a Ford dealership and another VIP auto facility to seek help. They were unable to. VIP in Bedford took my truck in immediately and performed a diagnostic test, told me the problem, and ordered the parts. Unfortunately, this was on a Friday afternoon, with a major snowstorm arriving on Sunday/Monday. Service personnel were honest in how long the repair would take and the cost. My truck was repaired on time, actually a little earlier than expected, and the heater works great. Thank you for your excellent service and help.
