In for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. Found the rear brakes were nearly metal to metal. Joe presented the quote and got the repairs done quickly. Found discounts I could use which saved nearly $100.00. Great crew at the Bangor store!

Overall was a normal experience but as part of my oil change they were supposed to top off my windshield fluid. A week later I had no windshield fluid left, so they obviously didn't even look at that, makes me wonder what else was ignored.

All of the staff were friendly and informative. I had been told I needed a specific service from another VIP facility but the technicians here found that that service was not needed, saving me about $100! A very good experience overall and I will bring my service back here.
