All my car service is done at VIP. Staff are friendly, informative and gets the job done. I never get a surprise, telling me there is a problem with my car. They tell me ahead of time what I should consider having done next time, including tires.
Great company and awesome people there. Would not take my car anywhere else.

I went in to make an appointment to have rear brakes replaced. They were able to do the job right away and at a very reasonable price. I was in and out in an hour and a half. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I've gone there I've been very satisfied.

On December 31, 2025 my vehicle started losing power , I called VIP, Auburn, ME. They told me to bring my vehicle there right away, so I was able to drive it there, all the way at 30 mph, they took it in as soon as I arrived and repaired it quickly. Everyone was kind and efficient. I left as an extremely satisfied customer.

I bought new tires and had the car aligned at the same time That went well and they checked the rest of the car over without me asking for that. The mechanic found that my air filter needed replacing. He brought out and showed me before changing it. I was very impressed with the service they provided and I will be returning there for most of my needs in the future.

Went in for squeaking brakes-1700 later still squeaking and Charged me for the inspection sticker then I noticed it was never changed- went back and they said they need to check my wiring to my fog light to see why it's not working- how about telling me that before I left

VIP in Auburn always does an excellent job. Pricing is reasonable and you can approve estimates and pay your bill from your phone which makes them one of the easiest options to use if you're always at work like I am and don't have time for tons of phone calls.

I had my winter studded snow tires changed over to summer tires I bought from them last summer, and an oil change. The check everything over for a clean bill of health and nothing more was needed.
I've been going here 15 years. My current vehicle (AWD Fusion) is 10 years old with 216k miles on it and runs just as well as the day I bought it.
Reasonable prices.
Able to schedule on weekends as I work weekdays.

Very good service. They stand by their work and honor the warranty. I had them install rear shocks on my granddaughter's car. The shocks were defective from the company. VIP replaced them with upgraded shocks at no cost.
