The staff is friendly and courteous, and easy to talk to. They are very attentive to my service needs., including Kathy your receptionist Jason always finds a slot to fit me in for service. I also like how Jason explains all what needs to be done and why. I also like that he explains why a particular service does not need to be done at this time. I like the honesty he has about that. Some other mechanic shops would take advantage of a customer and offer a service that does not need to be done, which would cost me more than I need to spend I would .recommend V&M to friends and family. Especially new people who have just moved to our area. I also feel at peace that my car problems have been solved.
