I needed an inspection sticker and drove to V&F. There was another car ahead of mine so I waited inside until my car was inspected. Everyone was very nice and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. This is the first time I've been to V&F and I was so pleased that I scheduled an oil change for another day.

Jim at V & F Auto Service was outstanding! From the time I walked in to the time I purchased my 2020 Subaru Outback Premium, Jim was incredibly helpful, friendly and willing to do whatever it took to ensure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. He even paid for my inspection! Will refer everyone I know to Jim and staff. All staff at the garage and inspection station were very helpful and friendly.

Terrible! After safety done my check engine light was on and they told me I would have to pay $120 to diagnose the problem! light was not on when I arrived there. Very condescending when I asked them to fix problem. How can you pass a safety on a vehicle if according to them the light was on before they touched it? One tire had extreme wear on side but still passed? Beware of this place!
