They were quick to take care of my issue even though I didn't have an appointment. I was kept informed of the progress on my vehicle. They also were able to get me a much lower price on an alternator than Honda did. I was very pleased with everything and wouldn't hesitate to recommend V Tech. Now I know why their parking lot is always full.

Ive been there twice. Everyone is very pleasant and efficient. The wait is minimal. Ive told people about how great they are. When I was there recently, a man came in for an inspection, no appointment, got taken right in & out promptly. We discussed how great the service is. So glad to have them nearby.
