Picked car up as dealer closing. Part not available until following week.35 minute drive each way. Also told we needed spark p,ugs which were changed at 96,000 miles.

Had already spent more than $2K for the same exact issue in the previous 3 months and yet was charged more than another $800, despite prior assurances that we would not be charged again. Was give vague suggestions that the Honda corporation would provide some reimbursement when nothing of the sort was possible.

They performed the requested service on time. They do a thorough vehicle inspection and itemize what needs to be done sending a video!! of what they found. Always clear explanations and final cost is what they estimated. Always explain and prioritize what needs to be done. Service techs are very knowledgeable and thorough and service customer reps are patient, give clear explanations and are VERY courteous.

As expected with a routine oil change special. When making the appointment, a reminder that a credit card surcharge fee would be applied if not paying by check or cash. I did not know this and would have liked to have avoided that extra charge if I knew ahead of time.
My recommendation is to add that piece into the appointment process to help ensure top customer service.

It took 2 hours to complete an inspection and a fog light change unacceptable to spend that amount of time a a dealership for 2 routine things that should have taken an hour. In accurate information provide, fog light was out on the passenger side not driver side but says driver side.

No didn't buy car. Price on line is way different that what they want. For a used car that IS STILL ON THE MARKET raised the price. Charge for stuff on a used car. Bottom line they didn't want to sell the car. All tires that can't run on wet roads and on SNOWS. LIVE IN VERMONT IN THE MOUNTAINS. HOW CAN YOU SELL A CAR THAT YOU CAN'T DRIVE. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

The young women who helped me were courteous and competent (Kathryn, Jill, ? Jennifer). They rate 5 stars. Contacting the business is ALWAYS difficult: copious jolly irrelevancies by automated voices, unanswered ringing, dropped calls, service manager doesn't get back to client. This area needs work, and there's your missing single star.
