They gave me a Nav Sim card that wasn't for my car and did nothing , I had to buy a new one myself. they say they remove them so people won't steal them but they will only work on the car it was first installed so why would anybody steal. 100 bucks for card

A salesman contacted me fairly quickly after my inquiry. We exchanged emails over a few days, and then a phone call eventually where we agreed on a deal subject to me seeing it in person since I was about 5 hours away. Car was clean and ready for a test drive when I arrived and paperwork took less than an hour. He assisted me getting my phone blue toothed in and assisted with the navigation screen use. I had one issue that arose a day or so after I was back home. The salesman did everything he could to assist me and the issue was eventually able to be resolved to my satisfaction.
