brought my vehicle for a front end alignment, 10 am apt. I had already checked with a certified, well respected mechanic & knew problem so took to dealership because I paid for extended warranty. No word from KIA until I called at 3, couldnt give price so they called back at 6, told me a I had bent strut and would cost over $1100 to fix.took car back to mechanic. No dent, no bend, no scratch, nothing to show any mark or damage to strut. Showed me photos for proof. Kia service has been terrible
