I called the day before for an issue that was either a computer error or a true issue needing to be addressed. I asked if I could come in the following day and the answer was yes. The problem was fixed, and the cost was a lot less than I expected between parts and labor. United Tire of Phoenixville just has a really good and honest group of people working there. I always recommend them.

They provided a cost estimate which itemized each potential service. Then Mike called me and we discussed each item before I approved the ones I wanted them to do, which they then did promptly.

My vehicle needed a new catalytic converter installed. Not only did they perform the installation with skill and professionalism but, also at a very competitive price compared to several other auto service providers. I would highly recommend them, especially if you own an older vehicle that still has a lot of life left in it like my 2012 Maxima.
