Went in because my car will not start sometime until I charge the battery. This has happened three times for no reason over a two year period. Nissan charged the battery and said they couldn't find anything wrong. I feel the battery should have been replaced by Nissan at no charge to me.

Garrett the service manager is extremely helpful. I have a hard time hearing and he took the time to sit down with me and look at me when speaking so I could read his lips. He is explained everything to me that the service writer Larry was explaining to me but it was too nosy for me to understand. Garrett took the time to test drive my truck himself. As I have been going there since 2010 I bought my truck from them

I am always welcome at the dealership anytime my car needs fixing besides my mentainance service every 3 to 6 months if needed. My service advisor is taking good care of my car and I appreciates his continued support every now and then! I liked them all as they are all willing to be there when my car needed servicing! The Latino service advisor who helped me was pretty useless and rude. He kept telling me it was almost time for the techs to go home and they might not have time, that's when one of the techs overheard and the tech said, we will have a could of hours to go and have plenty of time. The service advisor was rude. I will not be bringing my vehicle in to this dealership for service again.

Don't like the 2% surcharge on credit card payment when I am forced to pay with one. My checks written to this dealership has never had a rejection including those written as full payment for new cars. I have many new cars since the dealership was Datsun !

First time going to United Nissan for service. I previously went to Findlay Nissan and was very disappointed with the service I received. Decided to try United since the dealership was closer to me.
